Executive Director, Services (IDSL) - at the laying foundation ceremony of Oko Community Market Project
As a responsible organisation, IDSL conduct its activities to meet the expectations of the local communities where its operations are carried out. We strive to reduce the possible negative impacts of our operations by actively pursuing CSR projects and interventions for our host communities.
IDSL CSR policy seeks to utilize the NEEDS assessment exercise to jointly determine sustainable projects that will add value and contribute to the socio-economic life of the communities in our areas of operations.
The CSR projects and interventions for our host communities are targeted at strategic groups such as women and youths for human capacity building and empowerment.
IDSL work closely with our clients in seismic acquisition operations to leave behind footprints (projects). This will improve the socio-economic life of the communities.
The Company makes conscious efforts to deploy the best Environmental Management System mechanism during operations and gives back to the communities in recognition and appreciation of host Communities collaboration and maintenance of conducive work environment for IDSL operations.
Our CSR methodology delivers positive outcomes from investments in cultural, socio-economic and environmental intervention that specifically increases the goodwill of the host Communities for the participation of IDSL business goals and objectives.
