Mr. Olufemi Sijuade
In the year 2017, Mr. Olufemi Sijuade was deployed to IDSL as the new Executive Director, Services. He took over from Mr. Muniru Muhammad Mai, who was redeployed as General Manager, Information Technology Department, Nigerian Petroleum Development Company. Mr. Olufemi Sijuade's profile is given below:
An administrator with great insight in Strategic Human Resource Management with over 30 years industry practice. Having been part of several organization transformation exercises, he applies diverse strategies from the wealth of Oil Industry know-how, in delivering spot-on results. Prior to his assumption of office in IDSL, |Mr. Olufemi Sijuade served in various roles at NPDC, an exploration and Production SBU, Group Human Resources Division of the Corporate Headquarters, NAPIMS, an Upstream Investment Management CSU and defunct Oil and Gas Sector of NNPC.
The lasting legacy Mr. Sijuade left in NPDC where he served as Manager, Administration is undoubtedly worthy of emulation. He made the delivery of customer focused support much easier with less stress and great precision. He was able to refocus the department with uniform line of sight, by all staff, and coordinated supports in building best value to achieve NPDC business aspirations.
Commonly described by colleagues as personality par excellence, his determination and penchant to achieve result distinguishes him in his profession. He consistently demonstrates great passion for the business, dedication, punctuality, commitment, devotion to the Corporation and loyalty to Nigeria at large. He adds value, not only to systems and methods required for accomplishing best practice and efficient service delivery, but then he galvanizes Staff morale for high engagement thus engendering increase in production.
Mr. Olufemi Sijuade is a graduate in Administration Management, Philosophy, Laws and equally has Masters degree in Public Administration. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) respectively.
